  • 150404: During a Night Vision Goggle/Targeting Pod-trainingflight at NAS El Centro, California (USA) the aircraft made a crashlanding. During the landing the left main landinggear broke and the nosewheel collapsed and the aircraft veered off the runway. The pilot, Cdt.vl.Phille Heytjens (10 W Tac - OCU), remained calm, stayed in the aircraft and was only slightly injured
    As FA-60 was already nominated to be stored, it was not repaired.
